Current NMR Facilities

The NMR facility and reservation system at the University of Houston is fully networked and can be reached from any laboratory or office with ethernet access.

The Fleming Laboratory RM 302 has the following hardware available.
1) GE QE-300 C/H only (Time Clock Controlled)
2) Apple Quadra 700 (connected to QE and the Net)
NMR processing software (1D only)
Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
3) Deskwriter Color Inkjet printer (connected to Apple)
4) IBM PC (Pent-II 233MHz, Networked)
OS: Windows NT Workstation
NMR Processing software called Nuts (full package ie. 1D, 2D, etc.)
Microsoft Office
5) HP LaserJet 4SI printer (Networked)
This printer can be accessed from any lab with ethernet capabilities.
Networked to Quadra and PC in Laboratory

The SR1 Laboratory RM 15G has the following hardware available.

3) Apple Centris 650 (connected to QE)

Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, ect)
4) LaserWriter Select (Connected to Apple)
5) HP Laserjet IIIP (Connected to Server PC)
6) Lexmark 1620 Laser Printer (Networked)
This printer can be accessed from any lab with ethernet capabilities.
Networked to Centris 650, and both PC's in the Laboratory

10) Powerbook 520 Lap Top (Networked to the NMR's and the PC's):
Available to NMR user community for use in the lab or at home.
May be signed out by the students for several days before returning.
It has Word, Powerpoint, and NMR processing software (1D only).
