Double Precision Instructions

Double Precision Data Acquisition

This protocol is to be used for dilute
samples with a large dynamic range

Type: DP
Type: N     Switches the NMR to double precision mode.

Start your experiment in a normal manner i.e. ZG or GS.

When your experiment is done save your FID with the SA command.
Your data must be processed in the following manner.

Type: FL     The cursor will change from > to & -- this is normal.

You can now process your data in the normal manner, except you may not use the AP command. You must use the PE command and manually phase your spectrum.

Process Commands:

Type: BC; EM; ZF (zero fill), FT; PE
Type: YS; AK

You may now exit to normal mode.
